MONAGHAN TOWNSHIP
MONAGHAN TOWNSHIP MEETING SCHEDULE 2008
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS:
The Board of Supervisors of Monaghan Township will meet on Tuesday, January
2, 2008 for reorganization and will meet each month in 2008 on the following
dates:

All meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Monaghan Township
Municipal Offices at 202 S. York Road, Dillsburg PA. The Board
of Supervisors will also meet on Saturday, April 5, 2008 at
8:00 a.m. to inspect the Township roads, beginning at the
Monaghan Township Municipal Offices. A meeting of the Board
of Supervisors will immediately follow the inspections at
the Municipal Offices to conduct any business before the Board.
BOARD OF AUDITORS:
The Board of Auditors of Monaghan Township will meet on Tuesday,
January 8, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. at the Monaghan Township Municipal
Offices at 202 S. York Road.

All Land Development and Subdivision plans shall be submitted
to the Township Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the dates
listed below in order to be included on the agenda of the
Planning Commission meeting scheduled for the month following
the deadline listed.

ZONING HEARING BOARD APPLICATION DEADLINES
In order for Zoning Hearing Board Appeals for Variances,
Special Exceptions and Interpretations to be included on the
agenda of the Zoning Hearing Board meeting, a complete application
shall be submitted to the Township Office no later than 5:00
p.m. on the date listed below as the application deadline
for the appropriate Zoning Hearing Board meeting.
